**Pioneer Cement Industries** is looking for an experienced **HSE Officer** to ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental standards and maintain safe operations at our site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification for all work activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with UAE regulations.
- Prepare and conduct emergency response drills and ensure readiness.
- Perform site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with legal and company HSE standards.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to staff and contractors.
- Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, and near misses; recommend corrective actions.
- Support management in maintaining a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in an industrial or construction environment in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws, labour law, and best practices.
- Technical understanding of high-risk work activities such as lifting operations, confined space entry, and work at height.

**Required Certifications**:

- NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (mandatory)
- OSHA or equivalent internationally recognised HSE certification (preferred)
- IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)
- Basic First Aid and Fire Safety Certification
- Permit to Work Systems & Hazardous Work Permit Training
- Risk Assessment & Accident Investigation Training
