**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily factory operations for joinery, carpentry, and fit-out production.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, procurement, and site teams for smooth workflow.
- Allocate tasks to carpenters, painters, machinists, and helpers; monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools, and materials.
- Maintain safety, quality control, and cost-effective production processes.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and request replenishment as needed.
- Conduct quality checks before delivery to site or client.
- Ensure all items meet design specifications and company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (15 years) in managing a interior fit-out production facility.
- Strong technical knowledge of carpentry, Exhibition stands, materials, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in workshop/factory environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with CNC machines and automated woodworking equipment.
- UAE/GCC experience in joinery, fit-out, or furniture manufacturing.
- Valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
