We are looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager for our uniforms manufacturing plant located in Umm Al Quwain.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**Production Management**:

- Plan, organize, and manage the production schedule to guarantee timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor the production process and adjust workflows as needed.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.

**Quality Control**:

- Develop and maintain strict quality control measures throughout production.
- Inspect finished products to confirm they meet client specifications and company standards.

**Team Supervision**:

- Direct and oversee a team of workers, including tailors, cutters, and other factory staff.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance reviews for team members.
- Address conflicts and promote a collaborative work environment.

**Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Track inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment.
- Work with suppliers to keep the supply chain steady.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Enforce workplace safety protocols and standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.

**Cost and Waste Management**:

- Minimize waste by optimizing production processes.
- Control costs to keep production within budget.

**Customer Communication**:

- Collaborate with sales or customer service teams to understand client needs.
- Address client concerns related to production and delivery timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a têxtile or uniform manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality control practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English, along with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific machinery and equipment is required.
- Experience with inventory and production management tools or software is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Textile Management, Garment Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in uniform production or a similar role.
