**About the role**:
Lead - Linux System Administration is a critical support role designed to assist the IT Admin Lead in managing the organization's IT infrastructure, focusing on maintaining stability, scalability, and security. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact in the absence of the IT Admin Lead, ensuring continuity in team operations. A strong background in Linux administration, and automation.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Administration or related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience as Linux Administrator

3. Minimum 2 years Leadership / People Management experience

4. Must be open to overlapping with Central European Time

5. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction

6. Strong leadership and communication skills

7. Experience in remote working environment.

Essentials:
1. Proficiency in managing Linux-based systems ( Linux Administration )

2. Advanced scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python or similar languages for automation and process optimization)

3. DevOps

4. Virtualization

5. Ansible

Nice to Have:
1. Significant experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) hosting, systems administration, and troubleshooting.

2. Nifi

Pay: AED10.00 - AED20.00 per year
