**About EasyGo**:
EasyGo Holiday Homes is offering a selection of studios, apartments, penthouses, townhouses and villas for a daily or monthly basis for holiday home rentals, photoshoots, events and product launching in Dubai. We are a DTCM licensed Operator managing a selection of holiday homes.

EasyGo Holiday Homes is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to join our team.

We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit as the company is a start-up, great people skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, who wants to gain valuable experience. A valid UAE driving license is a MUST for this position.

**Main Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary liaison between the prospect client and the company
- Research and find investor/prospect clients to sign up with the short-term rental business
- Cold calling and generating potential leads
- Ability to establish relationship with real estate brokers to generate new listings
- Evaluating the property to ensure it is in line with the company's expectations
- Maintain and update listings of the available properties
- Perform real estate market analysis/research and stay updated with trends and best practices
- Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home
- Schedule appointments and viewing for property sales rental
- Coordinating the property launching with all the departments and processes involved, which includes the technical inspection, unit permit, utility connection, formalities with security, deep cleaning, and photo shooting
- Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale
- Assist owners with their statements and any other general inquiries and concerns
- Register and check-in guests
- Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
- Listen and respond to guest queries
- Provide accurate information about local attractions and services
- Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
- Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management
- Close guest accounts and check guests out
- Process accurate payment of guest accounts
- Inform housekeeping when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning
- Perform other relevant assignments as requested by the management

**Education, Skills and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Holiday Homes experience, Guest/customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment and/or Real Estate background
- Ability to convince clients with good knowledge of overall UAE, Real Estate Market
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
- Numeracy skills
- Administrative skills
- Must have a valid UAE Driving license
