**Expro Group **are currently recruiting for a extTitle to join the division_obj team based in filter2.

**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
To deliver technical and market expertise in the designated product line whilst executing the introduction of new products and services within the area of responsibility to ensure Product Line profitability is maximised.

**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:
1. Provide input into the development of a 5 year strategy for the Product Line within the area of responsibility and ensure it is communicated across the business.

2. Monitor implementation of strategy, identifying and agreeing targets for the Product Line and reporting progress against targets.

3. Prepare, implement and deliver short/medium term business plans which deliver growth to the business; understand and work to capex thresholds.

4. Propose new products and service requirements and introduce based on first-hand knowledge of customer needs. Where appropriate, input to “build-to-market” business cases, new market/segment penetration and optimisation plans for area of responsibility.

5. In conjunction with Business Development, monitor the external market and develop effective product specific sales plans for area of responsibility.

6. Provide technical input to contracts/tenders; where necessary work with Business Development teams to executive winning tender strategies for key target customers

7. Establish operational standards for the Product Line to enhance product/service integrity and ensure these are effectively communicated and adhered to.

9. Assist with the development of product line goals for relevant employees and contribute to performance and competency assessment of Product Line employees as required; support the development of a global skills base for product line operational, technical and sales employees.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:
1. 10+ years technical experience in designated product line.

2. Sound commercial knowledge and an understanding of financial principles.

3. Strong HSEQ, Sales and Marketing and Leadership experience.
