The Medical Center Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the administrative, operational, and managerial aspects of the medical center. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the center, maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, and upholding compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Supervise and lead the administrative team, including receptionists and support staff.

Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and ensure a positive working environment.

Address staff concerns and implement effective communication strategies.

Facility Maintenance:
Coordinate with maintenance companies and suppliers to ensure the upkeep of the medical center.

Proactively address any facility-related issues to maintain a safe and conducive environment.

Procurement and Supply Chain:
Manage procurement processes, liaise with suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms.

Oversee inventory management, ensuring sufficient supplies and equipment availability.

Initiate and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Government Approvals and Compliance:
Navigate and ensure compliance with government regulations and health authorities.

Oversee the approval processes for new services, licenses, and certifications.

Public Relations and Marketing:
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, pharmacies, and laboratories.

Implement marketing strategies, including social media, advertising, and content management.

Actively engage in promoting the medical center's services and maintaining a positive public image.

Subsidiary Management:
Manage subsidiary companies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure marketing activities and approvals for subsidiaries are completed in a timely manner.

Monitor compliance with health authorities and government regulations across all subsidiaries.

Product Management and Sales:
Ensure all medical products meet regulatory standards and obtain necessary approvals.

Manage import procedures and distribution of medical products to pharmacies and companies.

Act as a sales representative to promote and sell approved medical products.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor compliance with established health and safety protocols.

Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.

Proven experience in healthcare management and administration.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
