As an outbound call center agent for a medical center clinic, your primary role is to make outbound calls to patients or potential patients in order to provide information, schedule appointments, and support healthcare services.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to patients or potential patients in a professional and courteous manner.
should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a strong attention to detail
Provide information about the medical center clinic, including its services, physicians, and available appointments.
Schedule appointments for patients and ensure that they receive all necessary information, such as appointment date and time, location, and preparation instructions.
Verify and update patient information in the clinic database, including contact information and insurance coverage.
Assist patients in obtaining authorizations for medical procedures and help them understand the financial aspects of their care.
Follow up with patients to ensure that they have received necessary care and support, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Collaborate with other clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and high-quality care.
Meet and exceed call center metrics, such as call volume, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings.
you should be able to work well under pressure and have excellent time-management skills.
Prior experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred, but not always required.

**Salary**: AED 3000 per month + weekly Incentive
