A global leader in bathroom solutions is looking for a Middle East Overseas Business Manager based in Dubai.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market Strategy Development: Formulate sales plans, marketing strategies, and development strategies for the Middle East market to enhance the company's market share and brand influence in the respective countries.
- Middle East Business Management: Expand business operations in the Middle East while ensuring continuous growth in all aspects. Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry organizations, local clients, and partners to acquire resources and support for market expansion and marketing efforts.
- Market Research: Understand the legal, policy, economic, and cultural contexts of the countries under management and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes. Monitor product performance and market conditions, providing timely reports to superiors.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Familiarize with and adhere to local laws and regulations to ensure compliance in business activities. Identify potential risks and implement appropriate management strategies.
- Reporting and Communication: Report on market performance and development to upper management, providing market analysis and recommendations. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders at all levels for smooth business operations.
- Other Tasks: Complete additional tasks assigned by superiors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in overseas building materials brand development.
- C2 English. Arabic and Chinese are considered a plus.
- Preferably possess rich commercial resources in the overseas building materials industry.
- Awareness of current trends in market and consumer behavior with the ability to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with the Middle Eastern building materials market, including relevant project achievements and resources.

**Offer**:

- Salary: USD 5000 - USD 6000 per month plus commission.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED18,400.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
