The chosen candidate will drive the implementation enhancements and monitoring of the Global Ethics & Compliance program and will continue building a sustainable culture of integrity and ethical behaviour across the Middle East, Turkey and the Africa region. The role will be based in Dubai and report directly to the Compliance Director APM. What will you be doingImplementation enhancement and monitoring of the Global Ethics & Compliance program across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa Manage and promote the whistleblowing channels for reporting of actual or suspected compliance violations Lead and conduct internal investigations related to various compliance issues Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on various compliance matters to ensure ethical decisionmaking Conduct compliance risk assessments at a country level, develop action plans based on findings and follow up with the business to ensure actions are put into place Provide training on compliance matters for the organization on a country level or to target risk groups Design, deploy and lead a compliance uplift strategy across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa to ensure leadership engagement and tone from the top Lead internal communication campaigns and activities to raise compliance awareness Promote a compliance‑oriented culture and mindset among employees and business partners in the region Provide regular and comprehensive updates to the Compliance Director APM and KMTA Leadership Team on all compliance matters in the regionAre you the oneMasters degree in business law, finance or any other relevant field Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience preferably in large international organisations A proven record in conducting and managing internal investigations Compliance certifications such as CCEPI or CFE are seen as an advantage Fluent in English Proficient Arabic or Turkish language skills are seen as an advantage but not mandatory Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Effective stakeholder management collaboration and business partnering skills Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.What do we offerAn exciting role in a multinational environment.
