We are currently looking for Sales Manager - Leisure with Hotel Experience to join our Sales and Marketing Department. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted by HR Department.

Responsible for the overall Sales management, direction and coordination retails activities which will result in the fulfillment of planned sales and profit objectives and ensure long-term optimum growth consistent with market trends and conditions.
- Develop and execute effective leisure business plan and strategies under the guidance of the DOSM.
- Prepare reports including but not limited to Productivity Report, Weekly Plan, Sales Call Reports, Market Share Analysis and Forecasts.
- Achieve room nights & revenue targets as set with the DOS.
- Be fully knowledgeable regarding the property, ongoing promotions & upgrades.
- Evaluate prospective client’s overall requirements, check for competitor hotels used and evaluate the client’s approximate business potential for our hotel.
- Following-up on all commitments made to a client in a timely manner and with all the details and services promised.
- Focus on Revenue forecasting for the Leisure segments on a monthly basis.
- Proactively search for new business markets both for individual and group business to drive room, F&B revenue.
- Be accountable for the overall business strategy and focus on market penetration and assigned revenue production goals.
