You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the activities of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry staff, and housekeeping aides.
- Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards and guest expectations.
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance, and compliance with company standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including room occupancy, cleaning schedules, and maintenance requests.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs to improve housekeeping efficiency and guest satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in cleaning company is required.
- With Holiday Homes experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Managed more than 100 schedules a day.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
