Fintrek Marketing is seeking experienced and result-driven individuals to join our team as **Sales Executive - Personal Loan** in **Abu Dhabi**. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in the **financial and banking sales sector**, working alongside leading UAE banks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **personal loan products** to eligible customers
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Generate leads through **cold calling, referrals, and direct outreach**:

- Build and maintain strong **client relationships**:

- Meet or exceed **monthly sales targets and KPIs**:

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to **bank compliance standards**:

- Stay updated on loan products, bank offers, and market trends
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **personal loan sales** or similar financial product
- Strong **communication and negotiation skills**:

- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Ability to build trust with clients and close deals effectively
- Experience working with UAE banks is a plus
- Must be **currently residing in the UAE**
