OUR WORLD IS YOUR PLAYGROUND As a Health Club and Spa Receptionist you will be responsible for greeting all guests and members while ensuring a safe and clean environment. **What You Will Be Doing**: - Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service - Be the first and last representation of the health club for guests and members. - General reception duties including, meeting and greeting guests and hotel members - Operating point of sales system to ensure proper billing of services to guests and members for services rendered. - Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility. - Ensure that the Health Club is safe and hazard free. - Maintain inventory and appearance of retail center. - Maintain general upkeep and cleanliness of entire health club facility, including but not limited to locker rooms and retail, reception, and lounge areas. - Handling cash and/or credit transactions while ensuring checks and balances through all venues. - Communicating with guests and members using correct verbiage and standard Fairmont telephone protocols. - Responsible for projects as assigned by manager **Qualifications** Your Experience and Skills**: - Previous experience is an asset - Hospitality background is preferred - Available to work weekends and shift work.
