To ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all personnel involved in construction projects, while minimizing environmental impact. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement HSE Plans**: Create and implement site-specific HSE plans in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
- **Conduct Risk Assessments**: Identify, assess, and control potential hazards and risks associated with construction activities.
- **Safety Training**: Develop and deliver safety training programs to all project personnel, ensuring they understand and comply with HSE requirements.
- **Inspections and Audits**: Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address potential hazards.
- **Accident Investigation**: Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **Emergency Preparedness**: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and first aid protocols.
- **Environmental Compliance**: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and minimize the project's impact on the surrounding environment.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit required reports to management and regulatory authorities.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in safety engineering, occupational health, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction safety management.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA 500) is preferred.
