- Oversee and manage civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Supervise on-site teams, including laborers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **2 years of experience** as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
