**Job Title**: Steel Fabrication Supervisor

**Location**: UMM AL QUWAIN

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all steel fabrication activities on site and in the workshop.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians.
- Monitor project progress, track production schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve any fabrication or production issues.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, and report requirements as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Steel Fabrication Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and metalworking techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in fabrication.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
- Certification in welding or fabrication supervision is a plus.
- Experience in large-scale industrial or construction projects.
