**Job Description: Business Intelligence Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Gathering: Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external sources.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations using statistical and data analysis techniques.
- Data Interpretation: Interpret data and extract actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business objectives.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Forecasting and Predictive Analysis: Utilize forecasting models and predictive analytics to anticipate future trends and outcomes.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by performing data validation and quality checks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights tailored to their needs.
- Recommendations: Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and improve business performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Experience in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling, is desirable.
