**Job description**:
A leading German company based in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) is looking for a highly efficient **HR Assistant** who can join our team at the earliest.

**Brief role description**:
The HR Admin will help to further develop and implement efficient HR structures and processes and work on the scaling up of the company. She or he will not only work on all the HR related topics but also will support the restructuring process of the company and assist the change management team in its daily work. The HR Admin will also be actively engaged in the company’s projects specially in establishing QHSE initiatives.

**Key Tasks**:

- End to End Recruitment
- Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees
- Serving as point of contact for all HR issues
- Assisting with performance management procedures.
- Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Coordinating training sessions and seminars
- Processing payroll and resolve any payroll errors
- Completing termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Maintaining calendars of the members of the change management team
- Preparing presentations and documents according to instructions of the members of the change management team
- Pursuing QHSE Initiatives in coordination with the HSE Team

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
