**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily HR and administrative tasks
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Coordinate office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
- Support management in HR and admin-related initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in HR and Admin roles, preferably in the steel fabrication and contracting industry in the UAE
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
