A reputable and well-established **Chemical** company is actively recruiting a **Sales Manager - Paints & Coatings** for their team in **Dubai.**

**Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and Chinese.**

**The main responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide customer information, leads, and opportunities with relevant internal stakeholders to strengthen the company’s understanding, innovations, and response.
- Establish processes to identify and close competence gaps and create a learning environment that enables the salesforce to meet its target and goals.
- Identify and target potential customers in alignment with the company’s growth strategy.

**To be successful you will need to meet the following**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in chemical/ Industrial Engineering or similar.**:

- **Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in Coating industries and cross-border projects and key global Yards, EPCs, and Applicators.**:

- In-depth knowledge of the MEIA region’s maritime, industrial, and coatings markets.
- Relevant leadership experience is a plus.
- **Ability to travel frequently within the region as needed.**:

- **Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and Chinese.**:

- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
