Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clients with expert advice on buying, selling, or renting residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
- Conduct market research and comparative market analysis to estimate property values and identify investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Guide clients through property transactions from start to finish, including legal documentation, financing options, and negotiation.
- Analyze market trends, demographic data, and property values to support clients’ investment strategies.
- Organize and attend property viewings, open houses, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective advertising campaigns for property listings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and local property markets.
- Maintain a portfolio of properties and continuously source new listings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, Agent, or Broker.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and property management principles.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
- Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
- Relevant real estate license or certification (as required by local law).
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
