**Full job description**

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our team on immediate basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, firefighting and air conditioning in building construction projects.
- Produce precise MEP drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using CAD software.
- Should know design software, such as AutoCAD, HAP, pipe, duct sizers and other related MEP tools.
- Incorporate MEP systems seamlessly into architectural and structural drawings while adhering to UAE building codes and other authority regulations.
- Ensure that MEP drawings reflect the design intent and specifications provided by engineers and consultants.
- Responsible to coordinate with senior design engineer for the requirements of all service room sizes, entry point for all MEP services.
- Ability to work on assigned scope independently.
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate drawings within tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit for creating technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Must be available in UAE for immediate joining.
- Experience in MEP Design engineering and Consultancy, with Authority's submission background such as DM/DCD/DDA, ADCD/ADM regulations knowledge is a plus.
- More than 2 years of experience working as a Draftsman MEP.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Willing to take trade test assessment.

This position involves working closely with engineering teams to produce drawings that adhere to local regulations, standards, and project specifications.
