**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and revise **civil drawings**, including layouts, sections, elevations, and details for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate and integrate **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)** components into civil drawings.
- Work closely with civil engineers, architects, and MEP consultants to develop coordinated shop drawings.
- Convert sketches, specifications, and calculations into technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
- Prepare **as-built drawings** and ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards.
- Ensure accurate layering, scaling, and dimensioning of all drawings.
- Assist in resolving drawing-related technical issues and discrepancies during design or construction.
- Maintain project drawing archives and documentation for future reference and approval processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree / Diploma / ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience as a Civil Draughtsman, with hands-on exposure to **MEP coordination**.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** and other drafting software (Revit, Navisworks, etc., is a plus).
- Understanding of **construction methods**, **building codes**, and **MEP systems**.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with **BIM** processes and 3D modeling is an advantage.

- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
