**PositionLegal Advisor**

Will be responsible for preparing, crafting, and negotiating corporate and contract documents, evaluating risk and compliance levels, overseeing litigation portfolios, managing outside counsel, as well as conducting due diligence on potential business partners.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Handling legal matters by gathering, requesting and/or relaying information to internal and external clients / vendors.
- Helping manage claims and disputes, inclusive of judicial and administrative litigation and drafting or settling internal and external communications with law firms, clients and other stakeholders.
- Draft and review contracts including NDAs, Standard PO, Agreement / Contracts / Sub-Contracts and tender documents, and support in preparing documents for other non-contentious and contentious matters.
- Performs administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, completing forms and updating lists.
- Handling legal matters in submitting claims and performs clerical duties.
- Develop legal concepts, practices, process and procedures.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Working closely with our commercial, project teams and other key internal stakeholders to identify and protect Company’s broader business interests and strategic objectives;

**Requirements**:

- Three to Five (3-5) years relevant practice-based experience or law firm or corporate legal team with Arabic (written and spoken).
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in law.
- Pragmatic and solutions driven.
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to take on responsibility and to quickly gain credibility.
- Able to transform legal issues into a workable solution within a business context.
