Operational Effectiveness:

- Conduct HSE induction training to guests and the new joiners
- Update all records and handle documentation as per HSE Department requirements
- Responsible for the daily management of all Health and Safety related documentation
- Preparation of HSE documents & administration
- Assist in conducting HSE trainings
- Draft and update safety sheets and instructions
- Ensure that Personal Protective Equipment provided are available and worn by

employees as well as visitors.
- Maintain a training calendar and book training as required.
- Maintain safety talks and workplace inspection and training records.
- Issuance of PPEs and update the PPE register
- Report unsafe acts to HSE Manager
- Follow up for the safety objective completion by ALMEM

Education: Degree(s) in safety, industrial hygiene, environmental or similar field, Additional professional
qualification(s) in the Health and Safety domain is a plus

Work Experience: 0-3 years, HSE, process risk, industrial audit, system management, and/or industrial operation domains
