**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage workers and subcontractors on turnkey and steel structure projects
- Allocate work according to project schedules and team capabilities
- Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications
- Oversee steel structure erection, fit-out tasks, and finishing works
- Coordinate with project engineers, safety officers, and procurement teams
- Maintain daily site records and update management on progress, delays, or concerns
- Interpret drawings and plans for workers; ensure construction quality is maintained
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks
- Manage site materials and tools; report shortages or needs proactively
- Lead site meetings and briefings to align workforce on targets and expectations

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Foreman experience in the UAE**:

- Strong background in **office construction, turnkey interior works, and steel structures**:

- Capable of managing multi-trade teams and working under pressure
- Sound knowledge of local construction practices and safety protocols
- Ability to read drawings and execute tasks with precision

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
