**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Receive finished bakery products** from the production department and initiate the packing process.
- **Verify and record product details** including manufacturing and expiry dates before packing.
- **Supervise and coordinate the packing team**, ensuring tasks are distributed efficiently.
- Ensure packaging is done accurately, hygienically, and complies with quality standards.
- Maintain proper **inventory of packing materials** and request supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all **packed goods are correctly labeled** and meet compliance requirements.
- Conduct routine checks to avoid packing errors or damaged packaging.
- Coordinate with quality control and production teams for seamless workflow.
- Keep **daily records of packed quantities**, rejected items, and team performance.
- Enforce workplace safety and hygiene standards according to food industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of relevant experience** in food or bakery production packing supervision.
- Must be **currently available in the UAE**.
- Should be an **immediate joiner**.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of **labeling regulations, shelf-life monitoring**.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
