We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented packing supervisor to join our team. Should be able to oversees the operations and staff involved in the packing of finished goods. Preferably FMCG.

**Responsibilities**

**Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead a team of packing support staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.

**Operations Oversight**:

- Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate Packing.
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams to manage finished goods and ensure the availability of products.

**Performance Monitoring, Stock management and administrative**:

- Track and analyze performance metrics, such as packing times of baked products.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency
- Prepare and submit reports on packing operations and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align delivery operations with overall business objectives.

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor degree.

NB:

- Should have relevant experience. Food and accommodation will be provided by company.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Pay: AED2250.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

- Packing: 1 year (required)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
