**Responsibilities**:

- **Proactively engage potential clients** via outbound calls to promote our recruitment and consultancy services.
- **Generate and qualify sales leads** through cold calling, consistent follow-ups, and leveraging referrals.
- **Articulate our service offerings** with clarity and confidence to prospective clients.
- **Collaborate closely with the recruitment team** to stay informed about current client needs.
- **Maintain meticulous records** of all calls, leads, and client interactions.
- **Arrange meetings** for senior consultants with interested prospects.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of proven telesales experience is essential.**:

- A foundational understanding of the recruitment process is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities.
- A strong drive to meet and exceed targets, coupled with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
