Kottakkal Ayurveda Clinic is seeking a proactive and customer-friendly Arabic-Speaking Telesales Executive to handle patient inquiries, explain our Ayurvedic treatments, and convert leads into appointments. The ideal candidate will confidently communicate with Arabic-speaking customers and support the clinic's patient engagement and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote Ayurvedic treatments and services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear information about treatments, therapist availability, packages, and pricing.
  • Convert leads into confirmed appointments and follow up on missed or pending bookings.
  • Maintain detailed patient call logs, lead status, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with clinic receptionists and therapists for scheduling.
  • Build a strong understanding of Kottakkal Ayurveda treatments to communicate benefits confidently.
  • Achieve monthly booking and conversion targets set by the management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); good communication in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or healthcare front desk is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Ayurveda or wellness industry is an added advantage (training will be provided).
  • Strong persuasion, listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet monthly targets.
  • Proficient in using computers and CRM/Excel.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in clinic/healthcare telesales in UAE.
  • Ability to explain treatments clearly and convincingly.
