**A- Overview**

An **exciting** and a **professional role**, which involves managing the Marketing and Digital function of the firm which includes: managing social media, SEO Management, professional video & photoshoots of the properties and policies in generating digital leads for the firm.

**B- Key Duties**

**1- Develop Digital Media Strategy**
- Understand the target audience, conduct market research and select the most effective digital channels and strategies to reach potential clients in line with the firm’s vision.

**2- Social Media Management**
- Create relevant and engaging content on all platforms: Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, Snapchat and related platforms.
- Post high quality content and videos on social media and schedule posts.
- Analytics and Reporting using tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, conversion rates and other key performance indicators.

**C- Key Requirements**
- Practical experience as a professional Digital Marketing Specialist.
- A positive can do attitude and flexibility to cater demand of Digital Marketing.

**D- Attractive Remuneration + Commission Incentive Role**

**Experience**:

- Social Media Management: 2 years (required)

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
