As a Quantity Surveyor specializing in façade and aluminum projects, you will be responsible for accurate cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control to ensure project profitability and financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cost Estimation and Budgeting**
- Estimate material, labor, and associated costs for façade and aluminum projects.
- Develop detailed cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation aligned with project specifications.
- Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and value.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers for cost forecasting and expenditure monitoring.

**Quantity Surveying**
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings for façade and aluminum components.
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) and schedules of rates for tender and procurement processes.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and negotiate contracts ensuring favorable terms.
- Monitor variations and change orders, assessing impact on costs and timelines.

**Cost Control and Reporting**
- Track project costs against budgets, identifying deviations or overruns.
- Implement cost control measures to mitigate risks and maximize profitability.
- Prepare timely cost reports and financial forecasts for stakeholders.
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives and value engineering opportunities.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve cost-related issues and optimize resource allocation.

**Contract Administration**
- Manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to contractual terms, payment schedules, and performance standards.
- Handle claims, disputes, and resolutions in line with company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within façade and aluminum industries.
- Strong proficiency in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration..
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and interpretation skills for technical drawings/specifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in cost estimation and reporting.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
