**Experience**:
1. Min 10 Years in an Aluminum extrusion plant

2. Knowledge of Aluminum Automotive profile and technical requirements is a plus.

3. Extrusion operation experience

4. Manufacturing-Optimization, Productivity recovery, and machine maintenance requirements

5. Engineering experience

**Qualification**:

- Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering/manufacturing or a related field.
- Bachelor’s in engineering manufacturing. (Must)
- Master’s engineering/manufacturing (preferred)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The job holder is responsible for the entire Extrusion-related business activities of the Abu Dhabi company branch, including Extrusion, Surface Treatment, Cast house, Maintenance, Packing, and Fabrication. He is responsible for maximizing the revenue stream from all Operations processes and will also be responsible for the technical expansion.
- Knowledge of aluminium automotive profiles, extrusion processes, and technical requirements is a plus.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing all operations departments. The work involves assigning suitable KPIs and supporting and monitoring department Managers, Section Heads, etc.
- Responsible for setting OPERATIONS Department Manager KPIs, implementing them, and reporting on them to top/ executive management.
- To ensure equipment is functional accordingly.
- Make sure all departments plan, schedule and carry out all tasks as per Planning.
- To satisfy all customer requirements regarding product quality, we will promptly respond to enquiries and complaints, if any, in coordination with the respective department Managers.
- Responsible to oversee and ensure the preventive maintenance planning and ensure that adequate records of plant and equipment are kept
- Responsible for managing the quality control functions within the Plant, ensuring that proper standards and procedures are set out for quality control/assurance and monitoring the implementation of the standards and procedures.
- Responsible for managing and ensuring that company safety procedures are defined properly for the functions within the departments and monitoring the implementation of the procedures. To ensure that adequate security arrangements for protecting the company’s property and personnel have been made and are carried out effectively.
- Responsible for managing and controlling expenditures in all OPERATIONS departments as per budget.
- Will constantly monitor operations to improve and upgrade in line with customer requirements and technological advances while reducing costs.
- Monitor die shop & extrusion teams on problem dies and overall process improvement.
- Supervising, training, developing, mentoring, and assisting the staff, assessing their capabilities, and maximising their effectiveness.
- Monitor departments during the feasibility/design phase, advise on needed changes, and work with the relevant department.
- To ensure that adequate spares for the plant and equipment are always available and that costs and purchases are within budget.
- To control all OPERATIONS departments and make them report on all capital expenditure relating
- to the departments under their control as per requirements.
- Monitor the responsibilities and supervise project-related work in conjunction with the project department.
- Advises on matters related to his expertise and proposes alternatives and makes alterations to the existing machinery, equipment, building layout, etc., when required
- Ensure conformity to product and process requirements while performing the tasks.
- Follow and adhere to the Company policies, rules and procedures.
- Follow and adhere to the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment requirements as per management's instructions.
- Ensure that all activities are conforming to QUALICOAT, Qualanod and ISO9001 requirements.
- Consult with CEO to coordinate, evaluate & assess all machinery-related expansion plans
- Travel whenever requested wherever to explore expansion, acquisition & merger opportunities.
- Consult with the CEO on technical operation issues as required.

**Experience**:

- Aluminum extrusion plant: 10 years (preferred)
