We are seeking an experienced **MEP Coordinator** to manage and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on site
- Review and manage shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and subcontractors
- Ensure work execution complies with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards
- Attend site meetings and prepare progress and coordination reports
- Follow up on inspections, RFIs, MIRs, and all related project documentation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum **10-15 years** of experience in MEP coordination within construction projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and site coordination practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- **UAE project experience is preferred**
