**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Associate, you will:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing financial products such as equities and commodities.
- Present clear and persuasive information to clients, effectively highlighting the value of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about financial market trends to provide accurate and timely insights.
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets for client engagement and lead generation.
- Accurately record client interactions and maintain organized databases.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

**What We Offer**
- **Salary**: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 base salary + high-performance commissions. Visa sponsorship is provided based on performance.
