**Key Responsibilities**

**Merchandising / Sales**
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
- Ensure products are correctly stocked, well-presented, and priced accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as necessary.
- Analyse sales data to inform display decisions and optimize product placement.
- Present and promote products to customers.

**General**:

- Provide comprehensive reports and feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
- Participate in training and development programs to keep skills updated.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in merchandising or sales, preferably in retail under water sport / outdoor/ any sport
- Strong knowledge of merchandising and sales strategies and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
- Highly motivated and target-driven in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
