**What you will enjoy doing**
- Handle both routine and complex legal matters.
- Be an active contributor to, and an engaged member of, the Cluster.
- Act as a key point of contact for all Cluster colleagues on all matters relating to projects and transactions.
- Provide legal support for new and existing business activities, especially in the onsite business, including, by way of example, drafting and negotiating complex supply contracts, feedstock contracts, and joint venture agreements.
- Help manage, with other Linde colleagues, transaction-related disputes in which Linde companies are involved.
- Handle legal management initiatives (not related to specific transactions), including creating or reviewing templates.
- Keep the Cluster Lawyer informed of key transactional or legal issues through regular contact.
- Provide business-oriented legal support.
- Liaise with and supervise external counsel.

**What makes you great**
- Fully trained and qualified lawyer from an EMEA jurisdiction.
- Knowledge and experience of English law and/or US law is highly desirable.
- Post-qualification professional experience of at least 5 years.
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant areas, such as onsite, M&A or sales contracts.
- At least 3 years of experience working in an Arabic-speaking jurisdiction, advising on local law contracts.
- Proven track record in law of qualification, including in particular commercial law and corporate law.
- Previous in-house experience is a plus. Prepared to live in Dubai. Eligible to travel throughout the Gulf.
