**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee the berthing and unberthing of vessels in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Develop and maintain berthing plans and schedules, taking into account factors such as tides, weather conditions, and vessel size.
- Communicate with vessel captains, pilots, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth berthing operations.
- Monitor and report on berthing operations, including any delays, incidents, or issues that may arise.
- Bachelor's degree in maritime studies, marine engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in berthing operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Valid certification as a Berthing Master or similar qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry standards.
- Experience working in a port or terminal environment.
- Experience in ARTIFICIAL ISLAND in UAE or other country.
- ADNOC approved if any
