**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a variety of **Keto and Vegan desserts**, including cakes, cookies, pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
- Ensure all recipes meet specific dietary requirements, including **low-carb, gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free**, and **plant-based** standards.
- Innovate and test new menu items in line with food trends and customer preferences.
- Source and manage specialty ingredients such as **almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, monk fruit, flaxseed, aquafaba**, and dairy substitutes.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, reduce waste, and work within food cost targets.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams for display and packaging of baked goods.
- Train junior staff or assistants on specialized baking techniques.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and allergen management procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker, preferably with **specialty in Keto and/or Vegan baking**.
- Deep understanding of **alternative baking techniques**, sugar substitutes, and plant-based ingredients.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
- Ability to modify traditional pastry recipes for dietary compliance without compromising on taste or texture.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for healthy living, wellness, and clean eating.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of **macronutrient balancing** in Keto recipes.
- Familiarity with **gluten-free and paleo** baking methods.
- Social media or marketing experience for promoting new products (optional).
- Experience in customer-facing roles or running a boutique bakery is a plus.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
