**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Executive & Personal Assistance**
- Manage CEO’s daily schedule, travel, and appointments.
- Oversee personal matters: visas, passports, health, banking, insurances, and property.
- Coordinate professional license renewals (RERA, DARI, MOJ, RICS).
- Liaise with government offices for all personal and business-related processing.

**2. Valuation & Client Coordination**
- Prepare and follow up on valuation proposals.
- Coordinate valuation reports and client communications.
- Maintain organized valuation records.
- Handle empanelment processes with banks and developers.

**3. Office & Administration**
- Oversee office operations, supplies, maintenance, and front desk.
- Handle admin, HR, accounts, and facility-related tasks.

**4. HR & Recruitment**
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff documentation.
- Manage leave records, HR letters, and employee files.
- Track probation periods, contract renewals, and employee benefits.

**5. Accounting Support**
- Issue invoices, handle petty cash, and follow up on payments.
- Assist in VAT filing, audits, and basic bookkeeping using accounting software.

**6. Property & Tenant Management**
- Manage property leases, tenant communications, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate property maintenance, legal notices, and inspections.
- Maintain property documents and financial records.

**7. Government & Legal Compliance**
- Handle trade license renewals, company registrations, and vehicle documents.
- Process staff visas and regulatory permits.
- Ensure timely payments of fines and avoid compliance penalties.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 3 years (required)
- Secretary/Admin: 2 years (required)
