JOB SUMMARY

As a Retail store Pre-opening Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include preparing the store for its grand opening by ensuring that all merchandise is in stock and merchandised in an attractive manner.

2 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

1.

Developing a pre-opening timeline before the store opens.

2.

Setting up the store which includes everything from arranging displays to setting up the point-of-sale system to installing security systems.

3.

Need to develop a budget and timeline for ordering inventory to setting up the store layout.

4.

Active search for objects according to the company's criteria, obtaining the most favorable rental conditions.

5.

Commercial assessment of the location. (For the profit of future stores)

6.

Conducting negotiations at the level of top officials, signing contracts;
7.

Communication with related departments of the company for the opening of the store.

8.

Control of project execution and compliance with the construction schedule;
9.

Control of the workers’ schedule;
10.

Selection of contractors for the project execution;
11.

Managing of work schedules;
12.

Ordering of construction materials, payment and invoices management;
13.

Commissioning of the facility.

14.

Ensure that everything is in place and functioning correctly before the store opens.

15.

Ensure that everything is in place and ready to go on opening day.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

1.

Minimum 3 Years’ experience in a similar position.

2.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

3.

You should be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to ensure that everything is in place for the grand opening.

4.

Personnel management skills.

5.

Good organizational, planning, and communication skills.

6.

Knowledge of occupational health and safety protocols

7.

High responsibility and diligence.

8.

9.

Ability to plan, control and evaluate work, focus on results.

10.

Age Limit: Preferably below 30
