This is a rare opportunity for a creative strategist to build a world-class F&B portfolio from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and development of all hotel F&B outlets, from high-volume all-day dining to signature specialty restaurants, lounges, and nightlife venues. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities within the competitive Dubai F&B scene. Develop detailed business plans, financial projections (budgets, P&L, feasibility studies), and unique selling propositions for each concept. Lead the recruitment of key culinary and service talent, including Executive Chefs and Outlet Managers. Oversee menu engineering, kitchen and restaurant design in collaboration with architects, and supplier contract negotiations.
