**Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct **property viewings, presentations, and consultations** to showcase premium listings.
- Negotiate **sales terms and conditions** for successful transactions while adhering to UAE property laws.
- Stay informed about **Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate market trends**, offering clients expert insights.
- Collaborate with **developers, brokers, and internal teams** to access exclusive luxury listings.
- Develop and implement **marketing strategies** to promote luxury properties effectively.
- Prepare and manage all **transaction documentation**, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

**Qualifications**
- **Valid UAE real estate license**.
- Proven experience in **luxury real estate sales**, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong **sales and negotiation skills** with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal abilities**, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of **UAE property laws** and the luxury real estate market.
- **Fluency in English** is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- **UAE driving license** and reliable transportation.
