Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for real estate? Emperor Homes Property is seeking full-time Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

In this exciting role, you’ll leverage your industry knowledge and people skills to guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes. You'll build strong relationships, deliver exceptional service, and help clients achieve their property goals—all while thriving in Dubai’s competitive and fast-paced real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert property consulting services for buying, selling, and renting in Dubai.
- Understand client needs and offer personalized real estate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on Dubai’s real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless experience.
- Keep updated on new listings, market movements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or rentals (preferred).
- Excellent communication, consulting, and client relationship skills.
- Proven track record in sales and high-level customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Skilled negotiator with confident interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own visa holders are preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
