**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice to clients buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai.
- Understand client needs through effective communication and deliver customized solutions.
- Offer outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive real estate market.
- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest property listings, market shifts, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property sales or rentals (preferred).
- Proven success in sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with the latest market trends in Dubai is essential.
- Property management experience is a plus.
- Own visa (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
