**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations including data entry and necessary reporting.
- Responsible for Accounts receivable and ensuring accurate monthly reconciliation.
- Liaising with Banks as needed for reconciling bank accounts, payment transfers, chequebook requests.
- Verification of Statement of accounts, balances in TB for AR GL codes as well as the accuracy of AR reports.
- receivable controlling experience and should know P&L and Balance sheet preparation
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
