**Job Title**: Interior Fit Designer Engineer
**Department**: Interior Design/Engineering
**Reports To**: Design Manager/Project Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Interior Fit Designer Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. This role combines technical expertise, creative design skills, and project management capabilities to deliver functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective interior spaces.

**Key Responsibilities:Design and Planning**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
- Develop innovative and functional design concepts using CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and material specifications for interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

**Engineering and Technical Oversight**
- Analyze structural elements and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure feasibility.
- Specify materials, finishes, and furniture for optimal durability, performance, and aesthetics.
- Evaluate and select mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components for integration into designs.

**Project Coordination**
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and installation of materials.
- Oversee on-site implementation, addressing design-related issues and ensuring quality control.

**Client Interaction**
- Present design concepts, mood boards, and prototypes to clients for approval.
- Provide ongoing updates and revisions based on client feedback.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet expectations and timelines.

**Sustainability and Innovation**
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and eco-friendly materials into projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and advancements in interior design and engineering.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Engineering.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in interior design or fit-out project management.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Knowledge of MEP integration and structural engineering principles.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a keen aesthetic sense.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with frequent on-site visits.
- May require occasional extended hours to meet project deadlines.
