**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative interior design concepts and create detailed 3D models and renderings to visualize project outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive project quotations, ensuring all design elements, materials, and costs are accounted for.
- Source and recommend materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the design concept.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and suppliers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
- Revise designs and quotations based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and material innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape).
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively.
- Ability to create and manage detailed quotations with precision.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior design is a plus.
