**Medical Representative**

**Anesthesia & Nutrition**

**Location: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain**
- **Sell and promote Anesthesia and Nutrition products to private hospitals in assigned territory.**:

- **Meet existing and potential clients ( Pharmacists, Doctors, technicians, Procurement etc)**:

- **Deliver the highest standards of customer care and support.**:

- **A strong understanding of pharma business sales and procedures involved.**:

- **Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and marketing activities.**:

- **Build and promote focus products to increase market share and profitability and ability to build long-lasting customer relationships with HCP's**:

- **To implement the goals set by the line manager and continuously improve the assigned territory performance.**:

- **Organize training and educational activities and deliver clinical training programs to HCP's as well as hospital staff.**:

- **Monitor customers inventory & plan a liquidation plan for slow moving products.**:

- **Respond to customer needs and complaints.**:

- **Spend at least 95% of working time in the market meeting end-users and clinical staff.**:

- **Follow-up with back office team to ensure timely delivery.**:

- **Identify emerging market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.**:

- **Field work reporting, close monitoring on competitor's activity & updating the management.**:

- **Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close**

**Required skills**
- **Bachelor degree in Medical Science, Pharmacy**:

- **2-3 years' experience as Medical Representative in the UAE**:

- **Ability to learn, analyze, understand and communicate**:

- **Basic knowledge of Pharma products**:

- **Ability to work and deliver under pressure and with minimum supervision**

**Residing in UAE (mandatory)**

**Have UAE driving license**

**Nationality: Any ( Knowledge of Arabic preferred)**

Ability to Commute:

- Abu Dhabi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (required)
